A truly local wildflower honey, gathered by our bees from the abundant flowers growing across the Wellbarn estate.
Our bees forage freely among our organic gardens and SSSI-protected wildflower bank, collecting nectar from a beautiful mix of native and rare wildflowers including horseshoe vetch, wild thyme, cowslip, harebell, rock rose, red clover, knapweed and yarrow.
The result is a beautifully natural honey with a delicate floral sweetness and subtle herbal, meadow-like notes — a taste that changes gently with the seasons and the flowers in bloom.
